SKL SETS is operated by ROSS — Retail One Solutions and Services Private Limited.

Structured Review Requests

Current browser-session Case Rooms and Board Dossiers are local/private-device by default. If you save a Case Room while signed in, that saved Case Room is stored in your SKL SETS account. A Structured Review request creates a server-side sanitized, pseudonymous review packet for admin/founder screening and possible written review.

Structured Review requests should contain only anonymized context. SKL SETS is designed so eligible reviewers, if used under SKL SETS protocols, review the pattern, posture, risk, sequencing, and missing questions, not the user’s identity or confidential file.

Where review packets are routed for written review, users should be represented by a pseudonymous alphanumeric User ID and Review Packet ID. The packet should exclude the user’s name, email address, company name, brand name, board name, board member names, transaction names, exact figures, privileged material, uploaded documents, raw Case Rooms, raw Board Dossiers, PDFs, payment metadata, direct contact details, and identifying facts.

This model is designed to reduce identity and context exposure. It does not guarantee anonymity. Sanitized or pseudonymous material may still carry inference risk if the user includes distinctive or identifying context.

Saved Case Rooms

SKL SETS stores saved Case Rooms only when a signed-in user explicitly chooses to save one. Case Rooms are associated with the signed-in account and are not visible to other users. Users may delete their saved Case Rooms from the Dashboard at any time.

What You Should Not Enter

Whether you are signed in or not, SKL SETS is not an appropriate place to store:

  • Full names of individuals
  • Confidential board material or board-restricted information
  • Legal details, case references, or privileged communications
  • Medical or psychological information
  • Personal data of third parties
  • Employer-confidential information
  • Financial data, account details, or commercially sensitive figures

Use anonymized, generalized descriptions at all times.

Unsigned-Out Use

When you use SKL SETS without signing in, all Case Room data — including AI reviews, prompts, and the Final Decision Note — remains local to your browser session. It is not sent to any server and will be cleared when you refresh or close the page.

External AI Tools

SKL SETS generates prompts for use in external AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and others). When you copy a prompt and paste it into an external tool, that tool's own privacy policy applies. SKL SETS does not send data to any external AI tool automatically. Nothing is sent without a deliberate copy-and-paste action by the user.

Board Material Studio and Local Tools

Board Material Studio, the AI Response Audit, and the Final Decision Note run locally in your browser session using deterministic logic. No AI API calls are made by SKL SETS itself. These tools do not transmit data anywhere unless the user chooses to save a Case Room to their account.

Payments

Payments for structured reviews are processed by Stripe only when payment intake is explicitly enabled. SKL SETS does not store card details. Payment is made to SKL SETS, not directly to any reviewer or Council member. It is fixed per written review and is not time-based.

Review requests are stored only when logged by a signed-in user. A logged request is a draft until payment is completed, where payment is enabled. Payment submits the request to SKL SETS for screening and possible written review. It does not guarantee acceptance, direct access to a named reviewer, an email advice exchange, a live call, or a specific timeline.

SKL SETS is a structured decision aid. It is not legal, medical, psychological, employment, governance, tax, financial, emergency, or investment advice. Structured reviews are bounded judgment reviews, not professional advice of any kind.
